PROMOTION PERIOD
The Anatomy of Awakening Ambassador Contest (the “Promotion”) commences at
12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on January 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on March 24, 2026. All tracked traffic for The Anatomy of Awakening Pre-Order Bonus Page must occur by 11:59:59 PM ET on March 24, 2026. Traffic to this page past this deadline will not be accepted.
ADMINISTRATOR / SPONSOR This Promotion is sponsored by Dr. Sue Morter LLC dba Morter Institute and administered by Morter Institute, 10385 Commerce Drive, Suite 120, Carmel, Indiana 46032.
ELIGIBILITY Open to legal residents of the U.S. and internationally where not prohibited by local law. Must be age 21 or older at the time of entry. Employees of Morter Institute, Dr. Sue Morter, and their affiliates, advertising agencies, and immediate family or household members are not eligible to participate. Void where restricted or prohibited.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Online Registration - Visit https://drsuemorter.com/ambassador during the Promotion Period and complete the registration form with your name, email address, and other required information. Limit one (1) registration per person/email address.
PRIZE(S)
- First Prize (1 winner): Complimentary Registration in the 2026/2027 LiveAwake!® Program (Approximate Retail Value $7,995 USD);
- Second Prize (1 winner): Complimentary 30-Minute Personal Session with Dr. Sue Morter (Approximate Retail Value $750 USD);
- Third Prize (1 winner): Complimentary One Year Registration in the BodyAwake Yoga Membership (Approximate Value $200 USD);
- Fourth Prize (1 winner): Complimentary Registration to 2026 Heal Yourself, Heal Your Life Virtual Event (Approximate Value $197 USD);
- Prize Drawing (5 winners): Complimentary Registration for one year of Gold Membership (Approximate Value $180 USD).
Total ARV of all prizes: $10,042 USD.
PRIZE CONDITIONS
Winners must comply with all applicable travel, event, or product redemption requirements.
Prizes must be used for the course years as indicated. Second Prize must be used by December 31, 2026. One Year Subscription Prizes will begin June 1, 2026 and end May 31, 2027. All dates are subject to change.
Blackout dates and scheduling limitations may apply.
Winner is responsible for all additional expenses not stated (e.g., insurance, meals, incidentals, taxes).
Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
PRIZE AWARDING
Winners will be announced April 2026 and notified by email. Winners must respond within 30 calendar days with eligibility verification and any required documentation. Failure to respond or meet eligibility requirements may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
LIMITATION ON LIABILITY
Participants assume all risk of lost, delayed, or misdirected registrations. By entering, participants release Dr. Sue Morter LLC dba Morter Institute, and their affiliates from all liability for injuries, damages, or losses related to participation or use of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, registration issues, or tampering. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical issues, or other causes compromise its integrity.
USE OF INFORMATION AND PUBLICITY
By registering, participants consent to the use of their name, city, state, country, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Information collected is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://drsuemorter.com/privacy/
TAXES
All applicable international, federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. A 1099 form may be issued as required by law.
GOVERNING LAW
These rules are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
